Return & Exchange Policy

At Spirited by Design, each item is custom-made just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns on custom orders unless there is a defect, damage, or an error on our part.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will make it right.

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom and personalized products (including embroidered or printed apparel) are non-returnable unless defective.

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange, please contact us at spiritedbydesign@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange request, email spiritedbydesign@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and details about the problem.
If approved, we’ll provide instructions and a prepaid return shipping label (if applicable). Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if a return is approved for a defective or incorrect item. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
