Processing Time

Because all items are custom embroidered or printed, please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships.

Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or for large orders.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after production.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, we cannot guarantee shipping timelines once your order has been handed off to the carrier. Weather, holidays, or carrier delays may impact delivery times.
Incorrect or Missing Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at spiritedbydesign@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can work with the carrier and resolve the issue.
